Texas... if you thought Andersen a poor in game coach, I wonder what adjective you would apply to Bert the Belly. That guy continues to get his ass handed to him with in game decisions.

I was at least open-minded about Anderson at first, if not enthusiastic. He did bring Aranda, a damn good D Coordinator with him. He proved to be a stiff, though. He was bent on switching to a read option game; I think Barry told him to forget that bad idea - the primary reason he left for what clearly is a less prestigious job.
Without Anderson's idiocy, we likely would NOT have lost to either LSU or Northwestern, thus wasting the performance of a once in a generation player, Melvin Gordon.
Hopefully, Barry will put a little bit more emphasis on the coach's brain this time. The more I think about it, Bevell might be perfect, especially if he could bring along somebody with expertise about the Seahawk defense.
