I'm cautiously optomistic about him. I honestly didn't pay much attention to him other than when he was around the ball, but I certainly didn't notice any glaring errors attributable to him.

I think Peprah has impressed everyone thus far. I hope he can continue to keep it up!

Since being cut last season Peprah isn't talking as long to think... he's more attack than react. It's a small difference but it makes him a step faster. 🙂

When they signed him everyone thought he was a scrub. I've been saying he can get it done this entire time. Not flashy, but gets it done. Thing is, he's even been a little flashy from time to time with some of those hits.
His grandfather was deposed as Prime Minister of Ghana, was he not?

Peprah is better than Burnett. He's a better tackler, a harder hitter, and he's just as good in coverage. Let's hope he keeps it up.

I always kind of liked him when he was struggling to stay on the roster, but he's exceeded my expectations. He's a late bloomer, I guess.

A good coach, adjusts his scheme to fit the players strengths and puts them and the unit in the best position to succeed; the player then grabs a hold of the role and plays it to a tee.. it is all three.

If the last two weeks of adjustments and schemes didn't convince you that Capers is a hellva DC.. then just break out the marker and color yourself as someone that can't be satisfied. 😉

Horribly underperforming Minnesota offense and a Jets receiving group who all borrowed James Jones' hands that last game. That helps you to look good fast.

Not saying that he isn't doing a good job and I'm not expecting him to shut out an elite team, but I'll wait untill we beat some teams in that last stretch with Atlanta, NYG and the Patriots. Those are the games that I want to see our defense step up and not get carried by the offense.

Which has no chance of happening the way our offense is playing now, anyway.

As to Peprah... He was a pleasent surprise. He was cut from both the Packers and the Falcons for a reason. He just wasn't cutting it. I guess that Ted's manlove for his own draft picks is paying off this time, which is both a good and a bad thing.

Ted's previous team was the Seahawks and even with that said, Peprah was drafted by the Giants in '06. Ted joined up in early '05 I believe.
