With all the reals favorite the offenses and scoring going crazy, limited the FGs a bit, and in 2015, they changed the FGs from 18.5 feet down to 14 feet for the Pro-Bowl game. It's not changing the game, just making it even tougher for the kickers have become too good.
I say you play one quarter of OT. If tied at end of that "5th" quarter, you have FG-off starting at 50 yarders. First one to make when other misses wins.

My preference would be for OT, no extra quarters, but instead you go to a shoot out style 2 point play contest like a point after touchdown.
Where both teams get 3 to 5 chances, and if they're still tied after that, then each team gets one turn, until they're no longer tied.
But basically, you have one play, to get the ball in, multiple times.
