Rouse can't play OLB, in my opinion. He'd get pushed around all day.

But the Packers have used the dime package often since drafting Hawk. Usually they keep Hawk and Barnett on the field the whole game. And if not Chillar goes in with one of them.
Also for the goal line the S will be in the box and they usually bring in Rouse for goal line S.
But I don't see Rouse moving full time.....
But I see just wanting to bring in a vet that's played in the 3-4 because the S have to make most of the calls, and get people in place. Collins seems to have too many miscommunication problem in the past, Bigby has limited talent and was injured, Rouse doesn't play smart even though he has great talent and then their is a huge drop off IMO.
I think they want a vet back-up S to be able to start if need be but also coach these guys up.
