The unfortunate thing for fans is the not knowing what's going on. You don't know, I don't know, the person posting next, doesn't know. None of us know. We know what is reported. That's it. Believe mm? Believe Wood? Neither?

It's cat chasing tail debate and I think those debates are run out quickly. I mean, the thing that disappoints me is, if this was the off season, no sweat, wouldn't think twice about this topic going so far. But, we're just days from a game, now less than a day an a half, and this is the thread that garners peoples attention? Yet, during the off season, its going to be the same old "Damn wish the season would start!!!" ...

Never said ya were Mr Hostile! 🙂 I'm pointing out that, I thought we had better things to discuss, instead, many would rather rally around a negative, than discuss positives. Well, nobody will ever know for sure what happneed. But take a look at MM's statements and answers and look at the former Packer garbage picking employee's comments. Mike McCarthy is the one who looks like he's full of shit. Mike McCarthy is the one who looks like he's playing dumb and giving half answers so not to admit knowing what happened. He acts like some little kid with his hands in his pocket saying "I don't know what happened. We'll take a look at the tape and see what happened."

It's so typical of this fat bastard. Seen it before. Whatever, get some wins now that you stroked your ego by firing some poor schlep who probably depended on that 2nd income to get christmas presents for his family.

I just now opened this thread and read it (okay, I skimmed parts of it). Ten pages on the firing of a maintenance guy--not by Mike McCarthy, but by the maintenance guy's boss. Amazing. And most people take the maintenance guy at his word when he says he never said anything wrong.

There is probably a lot more to this story than any of us know, and at any rate, I would rather have our coach preparing for the next game instead of telling the boss of the maintenance crew how to do his job. And I don't see any indication that McCarthy did that.
