I have not included C or K, but I could if you guys want me to. This is just my initial rough draft. I plan on revising it some. I'll also maybe go over some sleepers and general guys I like. There's some S in there that I think are a little bit Nick Collinsesque.

I’ve listed these in order of positions of need. Guys whose names are highlighted are the ones I like in the first round. I’d like to get one of them if possible, approximately in the order listed, from top to bottom. I’d probably take a flyer on Jaylon Smith in the 3rd or 4th.

Very interesting!
Thanks for doing the heavy lifting.
I'm not very familiar with college players so due to work like yours I'm gaining some name recognition at least.

As for Punters, I have Drew Kaser, Drew Meyer, and Ethan Perry rated higher than the pack.

Kaser has a thunder leg, but he can shank them at times.

Meyer and Perry are more "coffin corner" specialists, they don't necessarily have the highest average yard per punt, but they can pin the ball inside the 20 consistently.

Nice list.

Based on your list, the Packers will be choosing between either an offensive skill position or CB if they can't trade up/down. And of those you list at those positions, unless Elliot or maybe Hargreaves is BPA at #27, I'd argue for trading down first if possible.

I would add from your list as worthy of #27, Billings at DT, Butler at DT/DE, and maybe Conklin at OT.

There just aren't 27 players with a 1st grade.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I have to applaud anyone who attempts to go though everyone, and of course everyone rankings would be different. But here are some of my thoughts/questions/changes.

OLB: I think a number of the "OLBers" would/should be at "ILBer" at least if we're talking about 3-4 defenses like the Packers run, because I don't consider them edge defenders at the NFL level like 3-4 OLB play the edge, such examples include Darron Lee, Deion Jones, Su’a Cravens, Josh Perry and maybe Joe Schobert (I know Schobert played 3-4 OLB in college, but I think his skill set might fit better with ILB in the pros).

ILB: Also the ILBers order surprises me, Beniquez Brown and Josh Forrest in the top 5 ILBers? It could be because I haven't study them enough, but it surprises me to see them so high... of course normally I've been adding some of those other LBers into ILB instead of OLB like you did.

DE/OLB: I almost completely disagree with the 4-3 DEs to switch to OLB.... almost all of them are power 4-3 LDE in the pros (not even RDE, but LDE).

TE: I see Hunter Henry as the top TE, and I very much agree with taking WR Devon Cajuste and making him a receiving TE (thought he's not close on the blocking, in the little bit I've seen) and I believe Dan Vitale should be on the converting to TE list, as he's a jack of all trades, king of none, that has been used everywhere including outside WR, slot WR, TE, H-back, FB and shotgun pass blocking RB.

G: I like Joe Dahl, but I think he's a work in progress and should be behind Cody Whitehair at the very least, and maybe further. Connor McGovern is an interesting one to me, that I think in the right scheme could be much higher, but not sure the Packers are that right scheme for him.

WR: Will Fuller is being over hyped because of his straight line speed... of course team do reach at times based purely on speed. Josh Doctson in some ways reminds me of Jordy Nelson, and Sterling Shepard even more so reminds me of Randall Cobb.

P: Tom Hackett twice won the Ray Guy award for the best punter in college football and he's not even on your top 10 punter list?

Thing about the WR position is we've got guys. What we NEED is the speedster. Again, I'm not saying abandon BPA, but I tended to rank those guys a little higher.

You're right about Hackett, btw. I'll add him on there. There's a couple of nice punters there, if Ted wanted to spend a pick on one.

Well done nerd. I am amazed anyone would put in this much effort.

I wish someone would convince Teddy that you don't take flyers before the 3rd or 4th round. And the 3rd is kind of pushing it.

I agree with nerd on distinguishing between speed WR and others. In fact, on my board I created a separate category for "speed WR/RB", and ranked it well above the ordinary WR and RB categories. I'd still drop Thomas way down (my board doesn't go past the top 12 at any position), and I'd bring Charone Peake and Tajae Sharpe up a few spots each.

On the other hand, I agree with beast re: reclassifying some of the OLB as ILB, most particularly Lee, D Jones, and Cravens.

I can see why you've got Forrest so high, though, nerd. I currently see him seventh, behind Jack, Lee, Ragland, Cravens, Smith, and Alexander, above Brothers, and well above Martinez, Kwiatoski, and Vigil. I can't decide whether I like him better than Deion Jones.
