I would rank them by their QB rating. Faver is 14th and Rodgers is 1st. Just 'cause I know it drives Faver fans nuts.

Example:
Quarterback A throws 3/3 for 9 yards and the team has to punt.
Quarterback B throws 1/3 for 60 yards and the drive keeps going.
Quarterback A has a higher QB rating.

That makes sense. It's QB Rating, not QB with team rating. That 60 yards doesn't mean the drive keeps going. With the inaccuracy, the next pass could be picked, more likely to happen with B than A.
QB A is west coast offense.
QB B is more raider'esque offense.
The QB Rating is whack though. I won't disagree there.
