Take the girl home -- or to a nice hotel -- for fucksake!

The thought of screwing in a bar bathroom is simply revolting to me.

Yeah but you'd save yourself that "by the what was your name" conversation the next morning cause she wouldn't be there. Nothing says spontaneous like bathroom sex, ask Chmura.

All I want to see is a picture of this new girl because if she looks anything like Ben's first accuser, then I have some new material to use against my Steeler buddies.

According to what I've read, Ben and Boys were luring in the girls with free drinks. This amazes me. I find it inconceivable that a guy with enough talent to be an NFL starting quarterback -- a Super Bowl winning quarterback at that -- could have so little game that he'd have to buy girls drinks just to get laid. I hardly have a penny to my name and I don't have to stoop to that level.

I am starting to be very convinced that this guy may be flaming out very quickly... Unless the Steelers instructed him to stay away.. I think this is another poor decision on his part.

Roethlisberger absent from start of offseason workouts
Posted by Mike Florio on March 15, 2010 12:32 PM ET
The Steelers launched their offseason workout program on Monday, and one of the guys who by all appearances could use all the exercise he can get wasn't there.

Scott Brown of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that quarterback Ben Roethlisberger "is not working out with his teammates and is not at the Steelers' practice facility."

No reason was given for his absence from the voluntary sessions. He has not been seen publicly since he most recent misadventures, in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Maybe he doesn't want to leave any DNA on the weight room equipment.

Lest anyone has forgotten, let me remind you that this multimillionaire celebrity was having sex in a college bar bathroom. Excuse me for a moment while I stick my fingers down my throat. :pukeright: :downtown: :pukeleft:

I live 45 miles east of PGH and most of the fans hate him. He is arrogant and thinks hes above the law (which in Pittsburgh he is). Remember the motorcycle accident? He had no license, wearing no helmet (with temp license law says you wear a helmet), speeding, he hits a car and guess who got the tickets? The lady driving the car got i think it was 3 tickets. As i said around here alot of people don't like him as a person. They think he did rape the last 2 women and of course others also they just haven't come out yet. But don't be surprised if you hear more.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

If I was Tiger I'd be sending Ben a thank-you card.

You couldn't get any luckier in the "divert much of the attention away from my infidelities" department.

Lawyer: DNA request dropped

By Kelly Naqi
ESPN

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has withdrawn its request for a DNA sample from Ben Roethlisberger, the player's lawyer, Ed Garland, told The Associated Press.

"It is clear that they are doing a careful, thorough and extensive investigation," said Garland, who hoped the investigation would wrap up within a month.

Police are looking into the claim that Roethlisberger sexually assaulted a 20-year-old college student early March 5 at the nightclub in Milledgeville, Ga. Roethlisberger has not been charged, and Garland has disputed the claim and has hired his own team to investigate.

No reason was given as to why the GBI has withdrawn its request or when it did so. When asked what this means in terms of the status of the investigation of Roethlisberger, GBI public information officer John Bankhead declined to comment.

When asked how this would affect the timetable on when the GBI and the Milledgeville police department will complete their investigation and submit their case to the district attorney, so the DA's office can decide whether it will seek to press charges against Roethlisberger, Bankhead said, "I don't know. I'd have to have my crystal ball out but I don't have it with me."

When asked what the GBI withdrawing its request for a DNA sample for Ben Roethlisberger meant to the case, Lee Parks, an attorney for the accuser, said, "We're not commenting on the investigation. It's not our place to do that."

Roethlisberger, who owns a home about 30 miles north of Milledgeville on Lake Oconee, was celebrating his 28th birthday with friends at the club and other spots around the college town.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Monday he planned to meet with Roethlisberger about the star's off-field problems. The quarterback's legal team said they wouldn't object to the meeting.

Steelers President Art Rooney II has said the team is concerned and closely monitoring the Milledgeville situation.

Roethlisberger skipped voluntary workouts with the team last week. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has no doubt the quarterback will attend all required offseason practices and training sessions. Those begin March 29 for the regulars.

"When it's time for him to be there, he'll want to be there," Tomlin said. "He doesn't mind toting the burden of being the guy carrying our football team."

That comment by Tomlin is more than a little strange.

Report: Roethlisberger talked to police

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger told police in Milledgeville, Ga., no sexual intercourse took place between him and his accuser, a television station in Pittsburgh reported on Wednesday.

A 20-year-old woman told police Roethlisberger, who had been out barhopping with friends, assaulted her early March 5. Roethlisberger has not been charged. As previously reported by ESPN's Kelly Naqi, Roethlisberger talked to Milledgeville police the night of the alleged attack.

KDKA, the CBS affiliate in Pittsburgh, reported Roethlisberger told police and others in his party he did not have sexual intercourse with the young woman.

Sources told KDKA Roethlisberger said he had contact with the woman that was not consummated and afterward she slipped and fell, injuring her head.

It was also reported Wednesday that two off-duty Pennsylvania law enforcement officers were with Roethlisberger at the Georgia nightclub.

Anthony Barravecchio, an officer on the force in the Pittsburgh suburb of Coraopolis, and Pennsylvania Trooper Ed Joyner were among about eight people with Roethlisberger celebrating his birthday at the club, attorney Michael Santicola said. Santicola said the men were there because they are friends of the two-time Super Bowl winner.

"They were not there in their official capacity," said Santicola, who represents Barravecchio but said Joyner is also a longtime friend.

Santicola, who's based in western Pennsylvania, said both of the law enforcement officers who were with Roethlisberger are cooperating fully with the investigation, but say they saw nothing inappropriate.

"They saw nothing inappropriate, no criminal activity and no inappropriate contact or behavior," Santicola said, adding that Barravecchio was "completely sober" during the evening.

Santicola also said the two do not remember meeting the woman who has accused Roethlisberger of assault.

"If they did meet the woman, they have no memory of it," Santicola said. "This was a crowded bar with people everywhere."

Ed Garland, an attorney for Roethlisberger, has said the quarterback is innocent of any crime and that no sexual assault occurred.

Two Atlanta-based attorneys for the woman who accused Roethlisberger have said that she did the right thing and asked for her family's privacy.

Milledgeville police have said they expect to interview Roethlisberger this week and are planning to take a DNA sample from him.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation special agent Tom Davis said his department hasn't interviewed Roethlisberger yet.

"We're here to do a thorough investigation and there is not a timetable [on when we will complete our investigation]," Davis said. "Our role is, we're fact gatherers. We are honestly looking to pursue the truth in this matter. You've got two people involved and both deserve a fair investigation. We're trying to do things as expeditiously as we can. We are not going to compromise the integrity of the investigation just to satisfy the media or to meet an expected deadline; it will be done when it's done."

Roethlisberger, who owns a home about 30 miles north of Milledgeville on Lake Oconee, is also being sued by a woman who claims he raped her in 2008 at a hotel-casino in Lake Tahoe hotel and casino, an allegation he strongly denies.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Well.. this is convenient as well.. accuser decides not to press charges in the end.. smells like a pay off to me someplace.

Either that or a sudden case of fear of not facing the accused by the accuser.

Either way.. major bullet dodged by Big Ben.. lets see if he applies the lessons learned from this event. I will bet on the under.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. -- Authorities in Georgia won't charge Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger after a 20-year-old college student said he sexually assaulted her.

District Attorney Fred Bright made the announcement Monday.

"We do not prosecute morals. We prosecute crimes," Bright said.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has plans to meet this week with Roethlisberger, sources familiar with the situation have told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

The student had told police that Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her last month at a nightclub in the central Georgia college town of Milledgeville.

Bright says questions still persist about what happened between Roethlisberger and the student inside a bathroom at the club. However, he says the accuser and her family told authorities they did not want to press charges.

Roethlisberger, who is 28, owns a home about 30 miles north of Milledgeville on Lake Oconee.

He also is being sued by a woman who claims he raped her in 2008 at a hotel and casino in Lake Tahoe, an allegation he strongly denies.

Florio had an interesting article in which he stated his belief that the payoff had already occurred -- hence the woman failing to cooperate with police.

Zero2Cool (9h) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (9h) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.

Zero2Cool (12h) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job

Zero2Cool (13h) : Thank you. I rarely get sick, and even more rarely sick to the point I can't work.
wpr (13h) : Beast- back to yesterday, I CAN say OSU your have been Michigan IF the odds of making the playoffs were more urgent.
dfosterf (13h) : Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Zero2Cool (13h) : I've been near death ill last several days, finally feel less dead and site issues.
Zero2Cool (13h) : It is a big deal. This host is having issues. It's frustrating.
Martha Careful (14h) : just kidding...it was down
Martha Careful (14h) : you were blocked yesterday, due to a a recalcitrant demeanor yesterday in the penalty box for a recalcitrant demeanor
dfosterf (14h) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame vs the Luckeyes, bleh
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Oh snap!!!
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Even Stevie Wonder can see that.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Nah, you see Lions OC leaving to be HC of Bears is directly related to Packers.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ohhhhhhh Zero is in TROUBLE
packerfanoutwest (21-Jan) : Zero, per your orders, check Bearshome, not packershome
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Then he'll land with another team and flourish.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Ben going to Bears. He'll be out in 3 years.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jan) : what's so funny?
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
