Article says she's doing it pro se. Even if the allegations are true, she hasn't a prayer. Either Jones' attorneys will get it tossed out well before trial, or they'll bankrupt her with motions/discovery before the trial even starts.
Given that you can likely find a contingency-fee lawyer that'll do just about any nuisance suit, especially against a client with as deep pockets as Jones, my guess is that it'll be the former.
Then she'll write a book about how the justice system screwed her, do the round of talk shows and so forth for awhile, before disappearing from view after her 15 minutes of fame.
Bringing a suit like this pro se is bloody dumb.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
