I've said I'd rather have him than AP. As awesome as AP is, he fumbles at the worst possible times. Grant fumbled a whopping 1 time the entire season. He got 1200+ yards with our lousy OL (possibly worst in the NFL in the first half of the season but picked up in 2nd half). He also got us 11 TDs. I don't have any doubt that opposing Defensive Coordinators appreciate his abilities more than our team's fans.

Grant is a good back, we got him cheap and I like him. The only thing I don't like about him is he seems to not do well in big games. The only one I can think of that he's played well in is the Seatle playoff game. He/the running game cost us the NFC championship game against the Giants more than Brett's int. I'm happy to have him but a premier RB would really be frosting on cake for our offense. Man, would that be fun to watch.
