Dude has been running hard for most of the season.. he isn't elusive but he is the battering ram type. What I would give for a pure speed back with some elusiveness to pair with him to use later in the game.. yesterday we had that defense gassed towards the end of the 3rd quarter.. a speed back would have tore that Cowboy defense apart.

I agree. I'm not too crazy about our approach to the RB position. Grant is a serviceable #1 back, but you want both - speed, and power. Heck, even to give your #1 a breather. Look at how Chester Taylor makes AP's job so much easier. Or another example - look at Sprowles, how much he means to LT.
We could use a good #2 back. I was hoping Green would fill that role for this year. We may actually see a lot more of Green as the year progresses.
