I was reading a lot of "Fire Joe Barry" on the Tweeter after the game. Why? The defense gave up 17 points. If you can't win in this version of the NFL when your enemy has 17 points, that's an offensive problem.

The offense only scored a TD on the drive the defense gave them the ball at the 37 yard line.

We have an offense issue here. And the plays that are being ran are just not good. They seem to have too many moving parts and I think that yields a low success rate.

Overall a disappointing game.

Raiders have a bottom ranked offense. I don't think anyone was expecting them to put up big numbers. We found a way to lose...again

Totally agreed, I feel like long term offensive team fans are just conditioned to blame the defensive coordinator when the team struggles.

And I absolutely do NOT love Barry's play calling (just feel like he's sticks to the scheme too much, when there are times you should be more aggressive and gdt out of it).

But Barry and the scheme are not the issue, if anything is the issue it's lack of quality talent of healthy linemen on both sides of the ball, which I feel is Gute's weakness.

The OL has gotten banged up... it happens... but Packers got 1st Wyatt, 3rd Rhyan, 4th Newman whom are needed to step up and they either can't or won't. And yes I know it's not as simple as turning on the light switch, but Newman's Girl is complaining he's focusing on his hair too much.

These schemes put more pressure on the linemen, and the Packers simply don't have the linemen right now that can handle additional pressure (and I've said the defense will be improving simply because the OL they face will be weaker than Falcons and Lions).

Offense could of done 4 points better, but even with that additional 4 points, that's still seriously lacking.

On average, teams seem to score about 22 points. Outside the Lions game, the Defense has done their part (Falcons game, the defense was good until the offense kept going 3 and out for the rest of the game).

Defense hasnt been the issue for a few years now. Look back at last year and u see the same old avg offense that we see this year. Different QB or not, this is MLFs offense being exposed.

I didn't really see much to complain about with the defense. Do I like seeing guys like Rudy Ford, Eric Wilson, Isaiah McDuffie, Jonathan Owens, etc out there to open the enemies offensive series? NOPE!

Losing Campbell was pretty bad, but then when Quay when down? My gosh. I was thinking well here's the get back on track game for Josh Jacobs!!

I actually thought the secondary did more aggressive tackling than passive tackling last night. I was happy to see that. It was a nice change.

As for the offense. I think they need to just go back to simple shit. DO the simple shit well and then maybe try some trickeration. It feels like this offense is trying to run and do a cartwheel when it hasn't even mastered how to crawl.

It's rare that I am right so I have to point this out. I Tweeted this out just before we got the ball back. Next play? Play action to Watson for 77 yards.

Jaire Alexander: "I think at this point it's pretty obvious that the defense has to not give up any touchdowns. I think that's the part of being self-critical of our defense because the offense is pretty young and they're still figuring out their mojo."

I will say one thing that I dislike seeing is a LB on WR. I know it happens with other teams, I've seen it, but it just feels like our scheme allows OC's to take our lunch money over and over and over again. I watch more Packers games so maybe it feels more frequent with my team, but I don't know. I can't say I've seen it much with teams like 49ers, Seahawks or Titans.

But fans have complained about the whole stopping the run thing, then you'll get some of that. It comes with the territory of staying in base so much, and has happened before, just usually it's not Adams on Preston Smith, and Smith normally doesn't get beat that extremely easily.

I will say Adams is still an elite WR. He would be getting his numbers if he had a better QB
