Game tied 7-7 it's 4th and 1 on the Bears 5 yard line. The field goal unit enters the field.

I thought "this has to be a fake", it wasn't. After the fieldgoal the Bears scored a TD and we were down 14-10.

Even if the fake fails you have the Bears pinned at the 5 with the game 7-7 and Cutler in command.

MM and Zook don't have the balls to call the game they need to call to win a game they could win with the talent they have. Don't put this on the players when you did absolutely nothing at all.

A fake field goal attempt that wasn't is the least of the Packers worries from this game.

So maybe having too much balls early on cost them the game, because they could of kicked it for a FG in the 1st and gotten 3 points instead of going for it on 4th down... and then at the end of the game kicked another FG.... so they would of had 6 more points if they didn't go for it on 4th down in the 1st quarter (assuming Crosby makes the FGs).

And Crosby is 19 for 21 this year so far... with his two misses coming with less than 6 seconds left in the quarter during the second half of a game. A 44 yarder against the 49ers with 2 seconds left in the 3rd quarter and a 52 yarder that was placed in a "divot" and Crosby high topped the ball against the Lions with 5 seconds left in the 4th quarter.

Crosby's 50+ yarder this year were,
~ 54 yarder with 6:57 left in the 1st against the Seahawks,
~ 56 yarder with 9:13 left in the 3rd against the Broncos,
~ 52 yarder with 4:19 left in the 4th against the Vikings in which Crosby broke a record of 5 FGs at or over 40 yarders.
~ 50 yarder with 4 seconds left in the 2nd against the Bears

dfosterf (16-Apr) : Nobody coming up with a keep, but at x amount
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Trade, cut or keep
dfosterf (16-Apr) : that from Jaire
dfosterf (16-Apr) : My guess is the Packers floated the concept of a reworked contract via his agent and agent got a f'
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : Yes, and that is why I think Rob worded it how he did. Rather than say "agent"
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Same laws apply. Agent must present such an offer to Jaire. Cannot accept or reject without presenting it
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : I'm thinking that is why Rob worded it how he did.
dfosterf (16-Apr) : The Packers can certainly still make the offer to the agent
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Laws of agency and definition of fiduciary responsibility
dfosterf (16-Apr) : Jaire is open to a reduced contract without Jaire's permission
dfosterf (16-Apr) : The agent would arguably violate the law if he were to tell the Packers
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : That someone ... likely the agent.
Zero2Cool (16-Apr) : So, Jaire has not been offered nor rejected a pay reduction, but someone says he'd decline.
