So. You're sticking with illogical. We moved on from Sherman with MM. Not sure anyone was all that fired up for Mike McCarthy just glad Sherman was gone.

When a team responds to the coaching, that's a good coach. Head coaches are released because of they have lost the team. Meaning, the team is no longer responding to the coaching.

He lost them after Seattle yet retained the HC job but did give up play calling.

Losing the team is not a reason he's going to lose his job. The last two years prove that.
