They went 6-10 twice (1999 and 2003).
They appeared in two Super Bowls during that 15-year period (1995 and 2005), winning one (2005).
Let me say that again. They won
one Super Bowl in 15 years -- Cowher's second-to-last year in Pittsburgh!
