I have been trying to figure this out as well. Without going into the obviously negative aspects of josh, this is what I have found about Adam. He was in charge of things when Manning was having his best year(s) (see: 55 td's). Manning has also been highly recommending him, on two separate occasions.
Where was Josh when Brady was putting up 50 td's?
Obviously, much of our HC search is about who can maximize Rodger's last years, as it should be. 25 td's a year is about half of what he should be throwing.
