At least the Lincoln Riley conjectures have terminated.
And can someone tell me why everyone is so high on LaFleur. The Titans have a very strong O line, a great running back, and a promising, QB. Nevertheless, they didn't exactly light it up this year offensively, especially against quality opponents...I'm not seeing it.

The Titans offense struggled because they basically didn't have a passing game, after losing their top 4 leaders in receptions from the year before, for different reasons (injuries, retirement, different team this year.... they had a WR and backup RB step up. This also includes missing their stud RT for half the season, as he played through injuries and struggled more than normal does...
Also the Titans led the NFL in the least amount of penalties, by 10 over 2nd and 3rd... and Titans finished with a 3rd down conversation percentage of 40% without a good passing threat. LaFleur spent 8 years with Kyle Shanahan and 5 years with Sean McVay, where they got the best out of Matt Ryan and Jared Goff, and the one year apart from them, he was the QB coach for the college freshman DeShone Kizer.
I'm not sure how he would do as a head coach, but the people around him, normally do quite well
