I don't think it's fair to call the Jets crappy. Other than the young, slightly shaky secondary, that's a heckuva defense. They won some games last year, have a 1-2 punch with Ivory and CJNeverAgain2K and the signing of Decker gives them a credible threat at receiver. Geno was trash last year, but he was a rookie. Time will tell how good the Jets are.
And I say again ... the "character building" point is about clawing back from an 18 point deficit. Why is that hard to understand?
And as far as the Seahawks-Chargers -- The debate will and should continue with regard to how Seattle is just a totally different team at home. Seriously. Look at the wins and losses over the last few years.
