Do you really think it was all unwanted though? Would someone really be crazy enough to send three seperate random pictures of their stuff without any contact from the other side? I agree Favre is weird but even he isn't that weird (well at least I hope not).

My assumption, they had an affair, thats why she hasn't come out pubically because Favre is married. I don't think it was harassment or whatever, just plain adultery, which is not suspension worthy - that should not be the NFL's business.

I think Favre will admit to the affair to Goodel and so will Jenn and they will say they don't have enough evidence to prove harrassment, therefore Favre gets a fine.

Moving forward specifically, the question of whether Sterger cooperates continues to be critical to the outcome. Without her input, the league has no context within which to assess whether Favre's conduct was unwelcome. Without her version of the events, Favre could go behind closed doors with NFL Security and say something like, "You should see the pictures she sent to me."

If the league concludes sexual harassment occurred, the Personal Conduct Policy becomes the vehicle for disciplining him. Even without a finding of sexual harassment, the Personal Conduct Policy contains sufficient "do what we want to do when and how we want to do it" looseness in the joints to allow the league to do whatever it wants with Favre. Whenever the league wants to do it. However the league wants to do it.

Harassment is the only avenue the NFL has any business in.... can you imagine trying to police whom NFL players hook up with and when.. these are free men and as long as they stay within the letter of the law.. they have the right to pursue any relationship they wish.

People can form there own opinion, if they wish, from there.
