No excuse but they will also tell you that there is more room, when the defense has to worry that the coach might call a run. I don't expect the drops to continue. Especially from Driver.

McCarthy/Tedford know each other btw. Tedford's offense is west coast
based.

It's like a pitcher. Some pitchers respond to a certain pitching coach.
Bring in the pitching coach that Aaron responded to best.
