I think Rockmolder expressed it a lot better. He strikes me as confident. Not arrogant.

What's wrong with arrogance anyway? I find arrogance to be a very attractive quality.

I like arrogance too and find nothing wrong with showing off a little. But like Dodd said, it has to be earned.

Like a CM3 sack dance. Heck, let the guy dance all he wants if he can get us double digit sacks. Driver does a little dance when he gets a big play and frankly, it's sexy.

Colledge hasn't proved enough to be arrogant yet. In his case, that's just annoying.

I didn't think he was very good for the majority of the season. I will give him credit that he improved as the season went on, but overall I wasn't that impressed. Hopefully this is the season he finally puts it all together.
