What exactly is a "stunt" anyway? I see this word used all the time, but I've never been able to dig up an actual definition of the term.

A stunt is when a play that is designed to move at least one guy out of his normal position or gap.
Say the defense is playing a 4-3 and the offense runs a pass play.
Normally the DT would attack the OG or OC and a DE would attack the OT.
On a stunt the DT might under cut the DE and go out and attack the OT while the DE goes around the DT and attacks the OG or OC. It's all about creating confusion for the offense with normally leads to the offense making a mistake.
Or like a CB normally covers a WR. But on a stunt last year against the Bears one of the Packers CBs (I think Williams) blitzed Cuter and Cutler saw it and tried to get it to what he thought was an open WR. Well other than Collins was also part of the stunt and was covering the WR one on one instead of what he normally does and Collins undercut the pass and I believe he got a pick 6 with it.
