328 as of yesterday morning.. Not happy with the scale.. but upper body tone has improved IMO. This week will be when the heavy lifting starts to kick in.. last week was a conditioning week getting ready for the "normal" workout schedule to kick in..

Just thought I'd jump in here.. The wifey and I are looking into doing the P90X system. When we start it, I'll post weight stuff (my goal isn't to lose weight as much as it is to get sculpted).

our pool was officially dug this morning - goes in tomorrow. in a few weeks, i hope it'll be warm enuf for me to start swimming everyday. i'll have to dodge 2 lil guys but it'll be worth it! proud of all you guys!!!!!

Me.......i've been fighting to keep the "heart surgery" weight off. I've been staying around 200lbs.
Back when i met my wife in 1977, i weighed 157 pounds. Of course i was smoking 3 packs a day, and most of my calories came from the alcohol i drank.
The ONLY time i lost weight was when one year i ate one meal every 2 days. I did that for a full year and lost 45 lbs.
Then went back to a "normal" eatting pattern, and gained that and more back.
My highest weight has been 240.
All of you......keep up the hard work!
I'm proud of you!!!!

324... reps and max's are up... but I think I need to work a bit more on my vitamin intake.. either that or reduce the frequency of my heavy reps.. I seem to be much more muscle fatigued than I should be.

I will keep tinkering with the schedule until I find that groove..

Anyway... I feel better overall.. might be pushing my leg/ankle a little too much as well.. very sore and tender the last week or so.

Anyway..,. kind of excited to see how a couple of months of this regiment effects my body overall.

There more of a look into this on my part than you wanted.. lol.
