Me.......i've been fighting to keep the "heart surgery" weight off. I've been staying around 200lbs.
Back when i met my wife in 1977, i weighed 157 pounds. Of course i was smoking 3 packs a day, and most of my calories came from the alcohol i drank.
The ONLY time i lost weight was when one year i ate one meal every 2 days. I did that for a full year and lost 45 lbs.
Then went back to a "normal" eatting pattern, and gained that and more back.
My highest weight has been 240.
