Okay.. so with the time down this winter I put on weight.. actually have put on weight each of the last two years as I was struggling with my mobility.
I was shocked the first time I got on the scale a couple of weeks ago.. I weighed in at 335..
So I decided that it is a major part of the rehab process to get back to a comfortable weight in the 290's at least.. I haven't been in the WPR neighborhood since I was a freshman in High School.. but with little body fat either then.. What can I say.. I am a wide body thick gent. ;)
Anyway.. two solid weeks of pre-conditioning in.. consisting of light workouts, getting the diet in order and getting my vitamin intake back into shape to turn this this around... basically going back to my playing days type workout schedule..
So I have only dropped 6 pounds over the two weeks, but I am definitely a healthier 329 at this particular point.
I will as well use this thread at times to post how it is going.. if nothing as a tool to help others push. As well as to help keep pushing myself as well.. there are always days where not spending the workout time will loom on ones mind..
So there.. another one joining the movement.
