Realistically, McCarthy is going no where in the middle of a season. Plus, in season coaching changes never work. They just don't. It could do more harm than good. Suck it up this year and move on after wards assuming the team wins six or seven games.

Gruden might be able to work midseason. Even though we haven't looked like a WCO this season, I'm sure the quick hits are still in the playbook. A philosophy change is what's needed, not necessarily a system. Of course, I'd like to think Mike McCarthy is smart enough to change his gameplan, but he's shown this year that he's too stubborn, and the Packers are going to go for everything when Aaron drops back to pass. Plus, I'd like to think a midseason move would show the players that the organization will hold people accountable for substandard performance.
