I just point out something (again). When I say get them some help, there is no law that says we cannot take one of these right tackles and make them a tight end. Tausch has played it. Breno Giacomini (I believe) is a CONVERTED TIGHT END. I know it seems weird. I think they have to declare. So what? Jermichael is out. I say try it. Suit up Breno. Let him chip. He's what, 311 lbs? It's been done before. We could possibly go from a weakness to a strength. I'd like to see Breno in the flat, catching a ball. That could be fun to watch. With that kind of double team action, I can see some DE's staying home more, too.
Who would you rather have blocking? Donald Lee or Breno Giacomini?--On this line?
See what I'm saying?

I do this ALL THE TIME...in Madden. It really does provide an extra help for our line. It allso helps, in that game with the run, I'm not sure that will be so much different in a real game, but hey it's worth the try right?

Cleveland and Cincinnatti kept coming out with extra tackles. The Bengals just put a sixth O-linemen out for Benson to run behind. The Browns kept making the extra O-linemen an eligible receiver.
I think it might work to some extent, but I don't actually see it happening. Otherwise, one guy I'd like to see there is... Raji. He has great speed for his size, is gigantic and I'm sure that he could chip someone pretty effectively. I know, that's one step further already, but still, would be funny to see.
That said, I don't think that our coaching staff will do this. I've never seen McCarthy as a coach who will come out with some trickery. The only things I've seen are a WR reverse and, on one occasion, Rodgers looking away and Wynn getting a direct snap.
And if you're Cheesey, a play action on multiple occasions.
