I think the real question is, after we try out both Cowher and Gruden and neither produce the perfect results that we want, who do we turn to then?

And Ninja, I'm not calling for his head because of a 2-2 start. He's a good coach and I think that our coaching staff is in the upper echolon of the league.
Point is, though, that you're always trying to upgrade your team. Age is no aspect when it comes to hiring coaches, so you should just go out and hire the best coach who also best fits your system.
I think that Cowher fits that perfectly. And so does Gruden. They're both great coaches who I would rank over McCarthy at this point.
