End of the year.

Mike has until the end of this season to prove he deserves to be our head coach.

Murphy should fire Mike if this is the best we have.

Bring in Cowher, and if HE wants to retain Ted, then Murphy should.

If Cowher does not, then Ted gets the axe also.

There would be NO confusion about when Bill is happy or sad, at any time, by anyone. In a press conference, in a consultation with management, in practice, or on national television on the sideline.

He is a perfect fit for the Green Bay Packers.

Show this pampered team how to run a show.

No more pussyfooting.

Bill Cowher and Dom Capers... They went 12-4, 9-7 and 11-5 together. Not that bad a track record if you ask me.

I doubt that he'll be coaching at all next year, but there's no denying that he'd be an upgrade over McCarthy. Doesn't mean that McCarthy sucks, but c'mon, Bill Cowher.

If Mike does get fired, I wouldn't mind seeing Gruden patrolling our sideline either.

I think the real question is, after we try out both Cowher and Gruden and neither produce the perfect results that we want, who do we turn to then?

You turn to a young guy. Most likely within the organization. But that doesn't matter at this point.

And Ninja, I'm not calling for his head because of a 2-2 start. He's a good coach and I think that our coaching staff is in the upper echolon of the league.

Point is, though, that you're always trying to upgrade your team. Age is no aspect when it comes to hiring coaches, so you should just go out and hire the best coach who also best fits your system.

I think that Cowher fits that perfectly. And so does Gruden. They're both great coaches who I would rank over McCarthy at this point.

Do I really have to show the average record of teams who hire original Super Bowl Winning Coaches after they were fired? It's not good.

Cowher power resigned i thought, he wasn't fired so i don't think your stats would make much sense.

I wonder what our players would be doing during this bye week if Cowher was our head coach?

No.

No I don't.
