I want the preseason to end right now because the first two games were so good. But I guess that can't happen.

I agree with PackerTraxx about Brad Jones. Also Raji, of course. And I'm starting to wonder if Anthony Smith could beat out Atari Bigby, who has been invisible so far, although I haven't heard this mentioned as a possiblity by the coaches. I would like to see solid efforts by the young guys on the right side of the OL, Sitton and Barbre. And Tyrell Sutton playing with the starting offense.

Mostly I just want to see the #1 units continue to roll, against better competition than the past two weeks.

One other guy I'm interested in seeing, if he plays, is Brad Jones. I really liked that pick and think he can be a sleeper. Seventh rounders seem to be our destiny picks. He has looked good in the short time he has practiced and it will be interesting to see how he performs in a game, even if it is pre season. All of a sudden we seem to have a plethora of linebackers. Which is nice when you're running a 3-4.

Agreed. He looks like he's got a shit-ton of potential and I hope he doesn't get lost in the shuffle @ that OLB spot.

Yeah someone said it on the first page, but If the game is pretty much even when the starters leave the field I will be very happy. I really can't wait to see how our defense does against better competition.

I'm looking forward to the the Fitzgerald/Boldin and Woodson/Harris matchup and seeing how Sutton does with his opportunity to play some snaps with the first offense.

Anquan Boldin will not play. Neither will Steve Breaston. So the Cardinals will be without two of their three 1,000 yard receivers. I'm not so sure this will be the test for our defense that most people seem to think it will be.

The Cards were able to move the ball well against the Steelers in the SB so it will be interesting to see how our guys do against a team that has shown the ability to be successful against the 3-4.

On the one hand this could be a big test for our guys but on the other the Cards were a pretty marginal team until they caught fire late last year. Their defense gave up a ton throughout last season and even in the playoffs they ultimately won some of those by outscoring the other team.

I will be surprised if our offense does not continue to impress and won't be surprised to see the Cards offense do more against our defense than we've seen so far.

I will be o.k. with the first team coming off the field in a virtual tie. I think the defense will only get better the more they take the field so we can put teams like this away at the end of the year.

We can't lose sight of the fact this is a process and it's only the beginning.

the cards were lucky in my opinion
the cards defense is very mediocre, especially the linebackers
and the offensive line is a joke in my opinion, the steelers arent built for a 3-4 linemen wise, not like the packers atleast

To be fair, we'll be sitting guys too, so the Cardinals will not see the full might of our defense. That's how the preseason works.

Reeeaaallly wanna see our O-line tested, their front seven are pretty legit. Naturally, I want to see our guys succeed.

Also wanna see some Barnett in game action, even for a couple snaps.

Mostly wanna see continued dominance on both sides of the ball. No hiccups and or lapses in discipline like we tend to have in the preseason. Just building success on top of success so we can come out of the gates guns blazing in the Bears' ugly faces!
