I think it is very premature for anyone to think Kampmann is going to make a smooth transition to the OLB position. I am not saying he can't do it, I'm just saying it will be difficult. I'm sorry, but Aaron is not the athlete that Harrison and Woodley of Pittsburgh are, not by a long shot. And because he is not, whenever he is lined up at OLB, the offense knows he will be coming, which takes away fromt the defense's versatility
The other guy that is going to have a huge adjustment is Harris. He's a press coverage corner who, quite frankly, is lousy in zone coverage. Does letting him take out the number one receiver and then let the game be reduced to 10 on 10 work (I don't know)?
All I'm saying is prepare yourselves for some personnel adjustments. I think Aaron is a very good 4-3 defensive end and Al is one of the best press corners in the league. Is it selfish of the Packers to make them adjust to a defense that doesn't fit their strengths, or would it be in player's best interest to be traded.
