Training Staff should be blamed for ACL's. If you stretch and increase flexibility and aren't a sissy, you won't pop an ACL. (yes, I know I'm gonna pop an ACL tomorrow morning during Insanity workout now lol)

Every team goes through it.

Strength and conditioning coaches can only do so much.

Stop blaming the coaches.

I've read about almost every year different things The Packers try.

Somebody comes up with a hammy and muscle pull preventive , that somebody will be one rich dude!

Injuries happen. But doing what they can to lower them is smart. Holding out veterans to lower the amount of chances they get injured makes sense.
But it doesn’t guarantee they won’t get injured.

So yoga is the magical cure all.
Pretty sure EVERY TEAM would mandate their players do yoga if its been proven it prevents all hammys and core muscle injuries.

I bet if you did a check you would find many of The Packers do yoga.

I bet if a study was done, field conditions are to blame much more than conditioning when it comes to pulled muscles.

I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

I've mentioned it a time or two and that was based on what I witnessed while watching Training Camp. Players looked like they were going through the motions, not actually stretching at all. I could wrong, maybe it is just effortless for most of them?

You're right some players are doing yoga. There's yoga studio in GB that a group of players regularly visit. Jaire Alexander is now teaching yoga to the public in the grass across from st. Norbert. So it's definitely happening.

My memory isn't perfect but I believe the giants, chargers, and cardinals all mandated yoga Las season. Possibly swap the chargers for the Seahawks? I have no idea what the results were but I love the idea.
