Training Staff should be blamed for ACL's. If you stretch and increase flexibility and aren't a sissy, you won't pop an ACL. (yes, I know I'm gonna pop an ACL tomorrow morning during Insanity workout now lol)

Coaches could mandate yoga or at the minium make sure our team isn't half adding the stretching period. Neither of those two things have happened so I can blame the training staff all I want. Maybe under matt things have changed but under the old regime our stretching period was pathetic.
