IMO, GB began last year to evolve past the Ted Thompson era, however they made one large error that is still dragging the Packers down, Ted Thompson is still on the payroll. There should have been a clean break, yet it did not happen. Cut him lose and leave that trolling anchor on the pier before The Packers"sail" again. You don't divorce wife #1 and keep her hanging around wife #2, that's a recipe for disaster(like a 6-9-1 season).

Clean out the house. Keep the best and replace what does not fit in the new "Packers". From Coaches to Scouts to Players, make it clear that only winners get GB Packer paychecks. You don't clean out your refrigerator and not throw out that moldy cheese.

PFFFT! You have no idea what you are talking about. GB hired Matt LaFleur because Aaron Rodgers said so. Aaron wants someone he can push around as HC.

I wonder what LaFleur demonstrated during his interview to leapfrog McDaniels -- or if, as I've found myself wondering multiple times over the past few weeks, Green Bay's rumored interest in McDaniels was always a smokescreen.

I don't think the Packers rumored interested in McDaniels was a smokescreen, at least not one by the Packers.

I think it's simply the media and fans trying to connect the hottest names to the hottest QBs, and pretend like they know what's going on and talk about the possiblies.
