I didn't have much faith in Ted Thompson after I saw him attempt to speak a complete sentence as the new GM of the Packers.
It was very obvious that he was a poor communicator and poor communicators aren't generally good leaders.
When I took my youngest son to the"return to title town" celebration at Lambeau Field in 2011and Thompson referred to the Lombardi Trophy as the "Lambeau Trophy" I threw up in my mouth.
Thompson should have been fired right then and there.
He was never qualified to be anything more than a scout.
He's the reason the Green Bay Packers are where they are now.

Can we please PLEASE go back to blaming people for things that...
1) They actually have done
2) They're not damned either way in a no win situation
3) Actually involved football
Cus right now, so sum up this thread so far, someone is bitching that single person should be put in charge of all meal ordering, Murphy basically does just that by putting Gute in charge of everything except dessert, then Murphy demonized as a horrible person when Gute ordered a salad as an appetizer and someone else saying Thompson is unqualified to eat because he used the wrong fork to eat said salad.
