Before the draft, I wanted Dez Bryant sized as a big stop-gap possession WR. But the Packers drafted three big WRs... and I could be wrong on this, but I'm currently thinking Cobb might be a short term one year guy as well. I think the Packers would like Cobb back, but not near his current $$$ per year rate, which might have him looking elsewhere.
And too many stop-gap players clog up the pipeline of development... so I don't want Bryant (unless we're getting rid of Cobb short term contract), because some of the other guys need more playing and practice time to develop.
It's time for Cobb, Allison and Davis to put up, or shutup.
Clark and Yancey to prove that they've grown from last year.
And the WR draft picks, to flash enough potential to stick around on the 53.
It might be Adams, Cobb and four wide open spots for battling.
