That would depend on the words in the contract and when his suspension is up, as his suspension is likely to be added on to with another suspension for this DUI arrest.

Guion's contract has
2017 Roster Bonus: $300,000 (due 10/2/17)
2017 Roster Bonus: $300,000 (due 11/30/2017)

Will his suspension(s) be up by then? ... and does he get those bonuses for being on the roster via the suspension list, or not?

Of course, they could always ask him to redo his contract (again).

Yeah, I figured they'd keep him around on the suspended list, in case the normal series of catastrophic injuries hit this position. But damn.

Dude has a serious problem. Hope he gets some help. He needs it. Here is where the NFL should have a whole department that steps in and gets into the face of players. Have someone shadow these guys who can't make the right decisions.

IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY!

Guion turned 30, the same day he got arrested for DUI.

I just realized that... and I'm not sure why but I suddenly feel like overlooking this more... maybe because I know some people do stupid stuff (to put it nicely) on their birthdays.


I think it all depends on how he is in the locker room... and maybe plus those bonuses back further.
