There are only so many roster spots even in training camp. Though I did think they would have kept one of the two on roster. One RB with 1/2 year NFL experience and 3 rookies isn't the best idea IMO. Are there any other veterans still on the market that might be brought in yet.

Roster cap is 90. Before cuts GB had 91, once the picks and UDFAs are signed, now they'll have 89. But, we need more than 4 RBs to make it through preseason. That is the only reason the cuts were surprising. I' thinking they cut Jackson and today Michael walked into Mike's office today and said, "please release me." They will need to sign another back or 2.
