More cold than wind. Before the game started Crosby came out and practiced kicking FGs. He was making them easily from the 35 yard line. Based on how high they were, he could have hit from 40-45. He came out at half and he was way short. Same direction. Same wind. Little colder temp. He went to the other end and the results were the same.

Without the injured legs, that hasn't been much of a problem, as he often would take off for big gains. Now he can't do that. But he also can't throw the ball away if he's not out of the pocket, as that would be a penalty.
The throw at the end to Nelson.......how can anyone find fault in that? Would you RATHER have a QB that CAN'T make that kind of throw?
Remember the win at Detroit last year? Or the throw to put the game in O.T. in the playoffs?
He's not just lucky, he has the arm to do that.
And Adams SHOULD have had 2 TD's. You sure can't blame Rodgers for those drops, can you? He put the ball right where it had to be.
Rodgers isn't perfect, by any means. But I'm sure as heck glad he's on OUR side!!!
And Adams......he was mad at himself. And without him we would have lost more games this year. He had a lapse. Every player does! He holds himself accountable!
James Jones had a similar problem. Then made up for it with some pretty awesome catches.
Adams will be fine! And I'm glad he is also on our side!

That said, I find it infuriating that there's an open guy which seems to be in his line of sight (sometimes this is NOT the case) and he still hops around and then gets sacked. I also HATE when a quarterback turns their back to the line of scrimmage. When you are taught quarterback, you are taught to keep your eyes down the field.

As a quarterback, you're told to have a internal clock that counts to three. Once you get to three, you scramble for yards or throw it away. Every play I do this and after I hit 3 and he's not loading the rocket, I get nervous. Sometimes you have to take what the defense is giving you and make them pay.

I have to make this point again here. Just because I (we) see an open guy, that doesn't mean Aaron sees him or didn't already go through that progression. So I do give him a pass several times. There are some where you can see he has room to plant and throw and is looking shallow and throws it deep into coverage instead of hitting the open guy shallow.
