Why a team would keep the same audibles for a whole season little alone for several seasons doesn't even make sense. Teams from the same division will pick them up after a few times.

Based on some of the jumps the d-linemen were getting, it definitely looked like they knew the snap count Rodgers was using as well.

I understand taking your time, making pre-snap reads and protection calls -- but mix it up a bit. Don't keep snapping it with a second left.

I wonder, though, how much of the late snaps were Rodgers needing time to adjust to the checks the D was making off his audibles.

We are getting far more sophisticated. Jerry Kramer used to tell the opposing defense we were running our sweep and there is nothing they could do to stop it.

We are practically CIA operatives in comparison. 😆 As a fellow sod-buster from Wisconsin, I like to keep things simple.

(To the younger generation, a sod-buster is virtually identical to a red-neck, but has no hills. )

And the Dolphins RDE got one GREAT jump based off the snap coming when Rodgers foot hit the ground (or at least that's what the announcer said).

As far as the Dolphins today -- I definitely took notice. I might be missing something -- and I know there's a ton that A-Rod does before the line -- but I don't see why you'd want to give a good pass rushing team any advantage. If you snap the ball with one second left, there's little guesswork.
