Guys, I was wondering what you all think.
If the Packers win the Super Bowl this year, do you think that might make Aaron Rodgers want to stick around one more season to try to repeat? Or do you think that would make him more likely to want to leave?
I think another near miss, either getting to and losing the SB, or another NFC title game disaster, would make him leave. I just don’t know what it would mean if they actually win it this year.
Any thoughts?

If the Packers win the Super Bowl, I could see him riding off into the sunset. As for returning for back-to-back, the Packers won't be able to have a competent roster in 2022 unless some crazy salary cap magic happens. At least, that's what I've heard quite a bit. I haven't really looked at 2022 too much though.

I also think if Packers win the Super Bowl, a lot of guys who are on their final year in their contract will simply cash-in with another team. I believe players who just win a Super Bowl (e.g. Desmond Howard) chase the cash after that ring.

I think having great times with teammates will make him want to stay more... but I don't think it's the final line.

I think the final line is Rodgers believes he's earned more of a say... and he's tired of not being listened to.

I think Rodgers will have to feel respected by management to wan to stay.
