But honestly. The officials were not giving us calls, they were taking shit away. No one mentions that lateral that was ruled a "forward pass." Even the NY tv Ref said it should be a fumble. Then it was almost like he heard something in his ear and was like OH BUT THEY'RE PROBABLY GONNA RULE IT INCOMPLETE ANYWAY.

WHAT!?

So don't tell me the Packers got away with jack shit from these refs.

I was thinking it should at the very least be a penalty for someone on the sideline who isn't authorized to call a time out to try and call a time out. I don't know if that's in the rulebook now but it probably should be.

Here's kind of a simple rule:
Only a Head Coach or players on the field can call a TO. And give the HC a colored flag to throw. He must verbally call a TO before tossing the colored flag? Maybe make it a colored bean bag, so he doesn't get the flags mixed up?
