I don't really think there's any line "evolution" we've just added more regular sized guys and let the 3 330+lb line that was abnormal and crappy to begin with walk away in FA.

It's a young man's game for the most part and you gotta stay healthy. One is the reason why Pick and Jolly have not returned and the other for Worthy. This is a game of replacement.

DL was possibly the biggest season long weakness on the team last year, so why the love for Pickett and Jolly?
Packers have moved on. So should we. They are trying some new players that may suck. But we know what the players they replaced were capable of. So let's roll the dice!

Guion: haven't seen anything yet.
Thornton: viewed as major stretch in draft, haven't heard anything to change my mind yet.
Pennell, other UDFAs -- new players...unproven.
Rest of team: Here last year, when team had to strive for "mediocre."

Evolution of what? Daniels has potential greatness in him. Everyone else. It's like saying a D is a passing grade and next term is going to be a C-.

I'll start being optimistic when the unit strings several dominant regular season outings together. Like, say, six.

Seattle last year only managed 3 dominant wins in a row at any given time, guess they were mediocre. I think maybe you should switch to watching the NBA where you can know before the season which teams will be in the finals then be a fan of those teams.
