Some GM's are more than willing to roll the dice on injury prone players and potential trouble makers. Usually they do that to get them over the top as they feel the reward outweighs the risk.

I think the turf played on holds value in injuries as well. Probably more so than I think.

Having soft spots, divots, uneven field, etc is what I'm eluding to. There's what, 31 NFL stadiums? It shouldn't be too difficult to make sure the playing surface is top notch.

Hopefully Green can come back 100% healthy next year. I had high hopes for him to be ready and help us with our Super Bowl run late in the year. Now I guess we won't have seen much of him at all. Maybe Neal can do that-I keep hoping. We could use his pass rush even more.

Is it time to sign Najeh Davenport?

Saine would make the most sense to bring up unless they feel someone like Nance could make more of an impact. Starks and Grant both had major injuries that made them miss significant time last year. They've been healthy to this point so far, but I don't think you can take any chances with just them and Kuhn as the only RBs on the roster.
