That picture makes me feel good about myself. Neal is squatting 1.95 x bodyweight in that shot (though who knows for how many reps or how deep). I squatted 1.90 x BW five times today. Proportionate to my size, I am almost as strong as an NFL defensive lineman. :D

Thank you! The pictures are inspirational, though I don't understand the purpose of the chain. Why would you want to make the squat easier as you go down?
