I say the Bears because I see the Packers ready for this year early with most everybody back and would prefer to be one up in the North after week 1. We will obviously be as healthy as were going to be all year and it will be warm.

The only way I see the Bears beating us is if it's 20 below, the wind is blowing, and we are all beat up. I would like to get one game in where it's in our favor and kick the crap out of them.

I would rather play the Saints when it's cold and crappy than the Bears. The Saints don't play as well outside in bad weather.

Bears, Week 1, Saints Week 12. That would be fine by me.

The penalties could be viewed as further vindication for Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis, who has said in the past that Broncos owner Pat Bowlen should be suspended for salary cap violations. Davis has contended that the Broncos' circumvention of the salary cap helped them win the Super Bowl in the 1997 and '98 seasons.

Who would have thought that all along, Al Davis was right about something? Crazy bastard!

I found that interesting myself that Al Davis had accused Pat Bowlen of cheating on the cap many years prior to them getting busted for it. Then Pat makes it sound like it was an accident.

Should just disband the Bronco's altogether and tell them to add their region to the Packers. All will be better.

I certainly wouldn't mind me some Clady, Champ and Brandon Lloyd to fill some holes.

Doesn't matter who we playe we'll win!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as the season gets played mind.

The only team I don't want to face in the season opener is the Bears. I don't think I can go through another game like the championship game to start the season. Though a season opener is way different from an NFC Championship game.

Funny you say that. I don't know if you caught it mentioned earlier in the thread, but da Bears are better in cold weather. It's better to face them early than later.

Weren't the Bears dominated at their home when it was snowing? I remember Urlacher saying they got their asses whipped on their turf under their conditions.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
