People have this idea that puberty ends in the teenage years. For some people, it does. For many people, it continues into the mid-20s. For a few, it continues into the late 20s. It's not uncommon for voices to continue changing over a decade or more.

Zombieslayer and I have extensively debunked this idea that he gained a lot of weight in depth. His weight gain is not remarkable. It's not even terribly difficult. If I can gain over 30 lbs in one summer (most of it muscle) using nothing more than a solid weighlifting regimen and drinking a lot of milk, despite not eating anything close to a high-calorie diet, an athlete with professional trainers and eating like a horse could easily gain 90 lbs in 3 or 4 years.

The bigger surprise is if he wouldn't have gained that much weight.

The weight gain doesn't bother me so much. I have a Bach. of Science in Exercise Science, and am in the middle of a DPT degree for Physical Therapy. I fully understand that one can gain lean weight quickly, especially with nutrition and exercise focusing on doing exactly that. I am just shocked to see that he grew so much. Yes it does happen, but you don't expect to see it. Just seems a little conventient.

I want to stress that I do not think that he did take steroids, I am just nervous that it may come out that he did.

You gotta give up the steroids talk man. Let it go! Or I'll wail on you.

And I'll take steroids before I do it too, so I can give you an extra-strength beatdown.

Depends on the training methods you use. With the kind of weightlifting I practice and encourage others to use (full-body workouts, primarily comprising compound exercises), I'm surprised when they don't gain weight. Ten pounds in the first month alone is very common.

This was in reference to height, not weight. Like I said in my previous post:

I grew 2.5 inches after HS. Must be 'roids.

Most I lost IN A DAY is 9 pounds. Most I gained IN A DAY is 5 to 6. One UFC Champion who I won't name that we had the same Thai boxing trainer would drop and gain 15 pounds IN A DAY. That's pretty impressive. So he'd fight 15 pounds higher than the weigh in.

That last fight Manny Pacquiao won, the fighter was at 165 while Manny was at 148. They were both I think 144 at the weigh in but I'll have to confirm that.

Gaining or losing 30 pounds a year is EASY. Seriously. It's easy. I'm not even a professional athlete and I can do it. I was a professional fitness counselor at one time though and can tell you how easy it is to gain and lose weight. That is, if you're willing to do the work.

beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
dfosterf (29-Jul) : 50 cent hookers? I'm moving to Green Bay. I thought it was just real estate that was more affordable there. 😂
Zero2Cool (29-Jul) : Sure seems site going down more than 50¢ hooker
