All of the songs are a play on "Black and Yellow" a Pittsburgh Steelers song. Each one of these songs uses it's beat, and Green and Gold doesn't fit it.

the colors of my soccer team are white and blue. that said, you would get your ass kicked out of the stadium by half of the attendence if you perform a song that changes the colors even only to blue and white.

the colors of the packers are green and gold, so stay with them and write songs about green and gold.
