I see. At the risk of being blugeoned, what don't you like about Colinsworth? Although I acknowledge that he's pretentious I've always felt that he and Billick offer some of the best analysis of formations and rationale for coaching decisions as anyone.

I absolutely love Collinsworth. Yes, it was quite convenient that Wade just posted, but I love his voice, his insight etc.

You like his voice? His voice is a perfect illustration of everything that is wrong with the way modern Americans -- particular Midwesterners -- pronounce the English language.

But I suppose coming from a Germanic language background, you like that kind of stuff. 😛

Collinsworth is is probably the best announcer there is, but Aikman/Buck are a good tandem.

Also, all of the CBS announcers are absolutely terrible.

I would rather watch a Brian Billick over just about any other announcer in the game today.. he explores the x's and o's better than any other.. makes it enjoyable to watch verse some pinhead gush over this player or that player verse why they were successful.
