We've been slow to start all year. If we get up early today - we win. Even looking really bad. The division loss bothers me more than the fact in was to a 2-10 team

I just don't understand how you cannot convert 2 f&%king yards in 3 downs when the opponent has to play you safe.

The Packers were not prepared for this game. Mike McCarthy made some odd decisions.

Exactly. Why weren't we aggresively attacking their secondary? I know the D line was in our face, but maybe some quick slants, etc. There were a lot of bad things about this game, especially the injuries. Either way, I can't believe we lost to the Lions.

We need to hope that one team starts to run away with the NFC East and the rest start losing so we can stay in contention for the wild card. At least we have three easy games to close out the season...

We could develop a laundry list from hell of issues with this team today.

1st and foremost, to me, is that this team can't run block worth a damn. We had max protects with 2 TEs and Quinn in at times and Jackson/Starks STILL were getting hit in the backfield.

It did seem that even on plays where the QB got 3-4 seconds, there wasn't anywhere to go with it.
William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

You can't attack any secondary when you basically have two seconds before you have to figure your way out of a 4-man pressure. Which was the case for much of the game....

Aaron, when he was in, was trying to buy time because his guys were going to get open. The play where he got injured, Jordy Nelson was running on the side-line open but Aaron could not get time to throw it to him.

This was not injuries or a lack of a running game. It was pPoor coaching from top to bottom and a complete lack of pride on the part of our guys, especially the OL, all of whom should return their game cheques for this one. What an embarassment.

The most saddening thing about this game is that this was reminiscent of last year's atrocious sack-fest. We were getting beat with 4 rushers... nothing overly aggressive or anything. That's frustrating as hell, because it simply means that our o-line got out played. By a huge margin.
